Here is the second round of Ayur Herbals’ waxes to help you achieve that smooth summer skin!
● White Chocolate Wax: White Chocolate + Honey + Lemon + Aloe Vera
White chocolate wax is gentler on the skin compared to other waxes due to the cocoa butter in white chocolate and the way the titanium dioxide in the wax sticks to the hair. The cocoa butter in white chocolate nourishes, hydrates and locks in moisture - keeping the skin relaxed until your next waxing session. Cocoa butter is also known to reduce inflammation. Additionally, colophony, the ingredient that causes redness and irritation, is absent from the formulation of white wax - making white chocolate wax suited to those with sensitive skin. White chocolate wax also has antibacterial properties that help fight acne. The antioxidants in this wax help protect and heal. The vitamin C from lemons helps protect the skin from free radicals and environmental stressors. This wax also helps the skin heal by developing new cells. White chocolate wax can deep clean by removing all sorts of grime that congests pores. Also, its moisturising ingredients seep deep into the skin easily, giving a thorough clean. It is best suited to sensitive and dry skin.
● Dark Chocolate Wax: Dark Chocolate + Lemon + Glycerin + Aloe Vera
Dark chocolate wax is extremely hydrating; the mixture of dark chocolate and aloe vera replenishes the skin’s moisture levels upon waxing. Thus, it works great to prevent dry and scaly skin compared to other waxes. The combination of lemon and glycerin helps reduce hair regrowth. It also helps get rid of tanning by exfoliating the top most layer of skin and eliminating the dead cells that cling to tan pigments. Its exfoliating properties also help to unclog pores. Due to the various essential oils it contains, waxing using this wax leads to glowing skin. Dark chocolate wax is suited for all skin types with minimal chance of accidental blistering, redness or rashes. Regular waxing with this wax leaves your skin smooth and satiny to touch.

● Aloe Vera Wax: Lemon + Aloe Vera
The anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of this wax help exfoliate dead cells away. It also works to cure allergies and prevent rashes post waxing. Aloe vera’s intense hydrating properties give skin a lustrous and glowing appearance post waxing, thus, locking in moisture. It is best suited to normal to oily skin types.
